I did a refresh in the user settings and I'm ok now.

I updated a favorite on the website and it didn't update the URL on the radio (looking at the debug output). I tried restarting the radio, to no avail. Adding a new radio station worked. Is there a way to force a Favorite refresh? 

On that note, after that failed, I tried to  create a new private station, but couldn't, since it says the stream URL still exists. I searched and deleted it on the website, but I still have the same issue.
