Thank you for your help. It was a good idea. I heve done the original recovery with
the Xoro350 original Firmware 1.89 , downloaded from the manufacturers site.
After this, I have done again the normal Listenlive installation, and everything goes his right way.
***This radio was used, before I have bought it. I think, the before user has something "played"
with the Firmware and had something confused with the radio. Now everythin works grat.

Did you try booting without SD card?
If it does not boot without SD either, you can do a recovery.

Hello,
I have done all the extracted files for my radio on a SD card.
LLFirmware_loader_v2_for_Xoro_hmt350_510.0_RM002
LLFirm_V1.52_All_3.5inch_models
The card in the hmt350, power plug in, started the radio.
Then I have done the firmware update over the menu, "firmware update".
The radio has done an update, rebooted, and now it starts not more yet.
Pushing power on, it shows constant the Xoro logo and nothing more happens.
Can someone help me? What can I now do and how can I now
put the FW1,52 on it? So the radio has no function more...
