Hello,
What you need are URL's pointing to live video streams.
The URL should point to the video itself, not to a (flash)player.
In short it means that when a station is forcing you to watch onyl via their website, you probably can not easily get the stream url.
You can take a look at delicast.com/tv if a station opens in mediaplayer you can get the URL.
Other methods are to lift the URL with a little program that checks traffic between your browser and the Internet.
In this case you can not see if the URL can easily be played or if it is linked to some flash player or so.
Besides flash players that are making watching some streams difficult, there are also streams that contain DRM (digital rights management).
Such streams might not play if you do not have the rights to do so. In other cases there might be geo blocking, meaning a stream will work in you are in coutnry x but not in country y.
