Then select [Edit device details] and select 'Yes' on the line: "Do you own a radio build by SkyTC (Envivo, Arnova, HMT350 etc.)?"
Then your name will be available on your device.

Here is an 7270 V3 working fine for me! No hidden SSID, no spaces. Status say 54 Mbit/s ; WPA2 ; WMM, In Log file no issues. Firmware on Fritz is Labor FRITZ!OS 05.21-22373

Hi, you are not the first one who has problems with AVM Fritz.
I wish I knew what is wrong with it.. I can connect fine to all my routers.
Anyway, here are some possible problems with Wifi:
- SSID names with spaces are probably not working (fixed in 1.41)
- WEP: only partially supported. I think WEP is bad anyway. Only takes minutes to break into a WEP protected network, so perhaps its time to upgrade to a newer device or just use no protection as that works flawless and is kinda the same as using WEP 
. it can be fixed but so far I have spend most time on other issues which were more important.
- WPA(2) with radius (corporate) is not supported yet.
I am about to release the new version so it would be great to get at least the Fritz working.
So anyone with a Fritz, please get me some info and we will fix it.

Thanks a lot for your fast reaction.
I am first time here and impresed about reaction time.
Unfortunately i run into a new problem. i had after loading the firmware a network connectzion to my fritz box 7930 but i lost it dont know why.
I restored factory settings (all parts) no connection
I even flashed the firmware again no connection
is there any help out there.

For now, you have to define and manage your favorites on this website.
On the device, go to settings and select your username under "myfavorites user account"
then your favorites will be available on your device.

If these buttons are not working for you, then go to the settings screen, select [Remote Control Settings] and select [Remote Control Model] press the mute button when asked and it should select the correct remote control model and activate the extra buttons.
