First of all, thank you very much for this great list!
A number of things are indeed already added to the 1.3 firmware. (1,3,9,10,11,12,13,14) some only partially though.. Others will be added to the wish list.

William, I am using 1.2a for some time, it is working great! I mainly use my ENVIVO for playing music files from SD-Card or Internet Radio, and if no music is playing as as clock. To have the unit play music i have to press a lot of keys, it may be possible to reduce this. My wishes / tips to enhance the firmware are (some already posted in this forum): 1) from the main menu (ie afterpower on) jump directly to 'favorites' after pressing remote 'fav' button and if possible on device 'exit' (in main menu not used??) 2) Option in setup to choose power on behavior: start in 'menu' or start automatic 'clock' or 'favorites'.... 3) in media player: random play function. 5) in media player: sorted list (file name based). 6) scrolling continuously through (all) menu's / lists 7) memorize scrolling position after returning (when using 'exit' key) for media play / internet radio / tv etc.. 8) adding browse_list.TXT (as original firmware) option for favorites for local storage internal or on SD-CARD. 9) playing media files pressing 'OK' and 'PLAY' is still confusing, i often press wrong key, perhaps option to choose in setup function of 'ON' key = 'PLAY' key. 9) Key assignments on remote. -- Edit by William -- CAUTION: When you mess up with the described method your Arnova will be badly damaged! A safe solution will be posted tomorrow! including a new firmware release. ----
@William: Congratulation for your good work! The last minutes I tested LL1.2a running on my Arnova and it's much more stable than 1.0! This was a big step! Thanks very much!
@all user with problems updating to 1.2a: I solved my update problem with the following procedure: Connect and login as root and type ... (If you don't know, how to connect and log in - better do nothing... ) Ingenic linux machine Kernel 2.6.24.3 on an mips (none) login: root # ls -l ... drwx------ 2 root root 12802048 Mar 31 2011 lost+found ...
If you find a lost+found directory which has a big size of serveral MB, this may be your update problem. If you have the heart to do it, try # /bin/mount -o remount,rw / # rm -rf lost\+found/ (hint: you can use rm -rf lo for auto-expand) ... pray to your god! This command may take approx. 10 seconds... # mount -o remount,ro / # ls -l ... (there should be no lost+found) # df Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/mmcblk0p5 218636 180143 25991 87% / ... (there should be less than 90% in use on /) Try update to 1.2a again...
Note: this procedure works as described on my Arnova RM0003 - you have to try it on your device on your own risk!

I see that the update-files.tar.gz is a different size to that found on Horst's device, but it is still nowhere near the original size. Just thought this might help your deliberations.

I'm sorry to say that I have the same problem updating to LL1.2a as some guys mentioned before (JuSch #7; beffalobill #14; Jorus #37;..): Updating from LL1.0 to 1.2/1.2a doesn*t work ("Error: Firmware Update fails verification")! My device: Arnova RM003, firmware LL1.0 The problem comes every time: I tested with different SD-cards, internal Flash-Memory, reloaded firmware and old firmware 1.0! |
Yes, known problem. I am working on it. Actually, plently of ideas to solve it. However, there is a more important issue. The Chinese manufacturer deliberately did not include the recovery on the Arnovas. I have a solution for this in the pipeline. I will first finish the 1.3 firmware and the new recovery mode. Then will come with a fix for this issue. 1 - 2 days is the planning
Quote:
The update process writes a file "update-files.tar.gz" to a dirctory named tmpfiles under root (it's located on flash! Why?) # ls -l /tmpfirm/ -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 16539648 Jan 3 18:19 update-files.tar.gz And this file has a significant different size than the original file in your "update.bin"! |
Correct. here lies part of the problem. Not a big problem but it prevents the update to be successful. The file should have been 26mb but since it lacks the last 10mb. the check routines abort the update process. The abort is a good thing because clearly there is something missing.
Quote:
Now a look at the root listing shows
# ls -l / drwx------ 2 root root 12802048 Mar 31 2011 lost+found Root is nearly full! And we have (with my Arnova device) a big "lost+found" of 12 MB! So I think, the problem with my device is a failure in the root filesystem. |
Without this big lost+found there would not have been any problem. Now it blocks the updates. Dont worry. There are simple ways around it. But I prefer to come with the fix and the 1.3 firmware at the same time. BIG question here is...: why is this lost+found dated 31 march 2011... Since there are other files on the system with that date (also on the stock Envivo firmware) it should not be too hard to guess who caused it.. Quote:

Storing it in flash is not elegant, I agree. I first tried to stuff it inside ram. This did not work well. For sure not when coming from the Chinese firmware as that is very memory hungry. Then I looked at alternatives, like putting it inside the internal file storage. But that is limited in size as well. Not for all devices.. but we have 512mb, 1gb and 2gb models. The 512 mb model has around 30mb left for internal storage. Disadvantage is that it is very slow. The original chinese firmware is storing the update files inside the flash, so I went with that for now.
Through the recovery mode, we can flash the entire file system. This will solve any size issue for sure. But with at least the Arnovas not having the recovery it is best to get this installed as soon as possible as a nr. 1 priority.

Nice work so far! Wish list: At least a volume setting for the wake up function but more important, I'd love to be waked up by choice by radio, stored music or even TV, with softly increasing volume and maximum volume settings (like the original firmware ). Although I am on UPC, I am not abel to play TV stations "only through UPC cable", any clues? |
No idea about UPC yet, I am on Ziggo so it wont be too easy to test for me.. perhaps they changed the stream url's.
For the wakeup sounds, other choices are planned.

Thanks for the 1.2 - can confirm both FLAC and ogg are working fine from SD card. Thanks for adding these for me!
The only issue I have now is the blank samba shares. I've tried shared directories from both XP and Linux and the directories are blank on the Xenta. However, I can see the contents on all other networked drives.
I also cannot mount the internal drive, but since it's a measly 40Mb, I don't bother with it, just using SD card for now, until the samba issue is fixed!

Hello and happy new year to all.
First of all, I wanted to thank you for providing firmware updates for our devices. Please keep up the good work!
I just flashed 1.2a successfully on my Archos Arnova (upgraded from original fw 1.7) and I wanted to give my impressions on the firmware and some problems I encountered so far.
1. During the upgrade to 1.0, the upgrade process was running forever (progress bar was 100%, but device never rebooted). After waiting over 1.5 hours, I decided to unplug power and expected the device to be bricked. Surprisingly, the device was booting up fine with version 1.0, and I could upgrade to 1.2a afterwards (this time, the device rebooted automatically after the upgrade finished). 2. For some strange reason, I cannot play any radio stations from the Europe/Germany station list. Trying to play back a German station, the device goes to the playback screen and says "Connecting", but nothing happens. Also, the device does not respond to any buttons in that situation, expect the "power" button, requiring to reboot the device. Strangely, I can play stations from other lists (France, for example, or favourites of other users) without problems. Also, I can play stations from the website which fail on the device. 3. Hello and Happy New Year
Verification Error Arnova
On my Arnova Rm003, I have managed to upgrade to 1.0 with the bin file on the local flash memory. I cannot upgrade to 1.2a as it fails every time with a verification error. There is no access to the device via a USB cable, so I have tried upgrading via SD Card (2 different ones) and they both give the verification error. As the device shows up as a network device in the workgroup, I have copied the upgrade bin file to the root of the flash memory and tried the upgrade again. It still fails with the verification error.
Any ideas or plans to address this??
I notice also that my favourites only shows my TV station favourites and not my Radio Favourites, which is a real killer as I have to wade through a list of all users to find my own radio stations. Also why is it not possible to remember the last played station on power up, as it was with the original firmware?
Also, how does one get the screensaver to work?
In the meantime I have had to revert to my reciva based radio. (Last Edited by SaliesBuzz on January 2, 2012, 11:21 am) (Last Edited by SaliesBuzz on January 2, 2012, 3:43 pm)

Hi William,
wow. I'm keen on your new release.
One suggestion regarding the stocks (works fine now): I would replace the graph (of one single ticker symbol) with a list of ticker symbols (e.g. Dow Jones, Dax, Gold price, Oil price etc.). Takes less space and is much more informative.
Regards, Heiko

Hi William
Using my little device in the home office during work. Now the screensaver function is not working. Can't access the screensaver time on the configuration screen.
I REALLY LOVE the clock Time/Date and would LOVE to have the device making music and display time as well.
Many thanks for your hard work ! And happy new year to you and family !

Not silly at all.
In fact, everything for that is already in place. it worked but was deactivated at the last moment as there was a small problem with memory usage (memory leak) So I need to debug it. But it will for sure come.

William, I tested static IP, this does not work on my unit, after filling IP settings and reboot no ip settings are stored, 'netwerk status' show no ip settings. 'router' shows: wpa_stat. I also tested WIFI settings: -unable to use 'manual setttings' (even have to reboot after pressing some keys) -i still can not configure (use) my main WIFI access point with WPA2 and SSID of only 5 characters (i use my laptop and other wireless equipment for), if i select this SSID unit says 'connected' and does not ask me to enter WPA2 key????? -my temporary access point works 100% WPA2 and SIDD of 4 characters.. -in the 'manage access point list' there are multiple entries of the same SSID/network, deleting the list works OK and saves al lot of time . If you need more info let me know.

Hi William,
the TV stream I'm mostly missing is N-TV. I just tried it out: The URL in your database is definitely okay (checked it using Winamp). So I assume it's an issue of the firmware (1.85p streamed N-TV fine).

Hi penbex,
Just wanted to check if you could give me any info on how to flash my Arnova with 1.2 while being unable to navigate the settings menu? Every time I access it, my Arnova freezes. Thanks and happy holidays!

When I press ok on the remote is say's restore file is incomplete. I can still access the internal storage with a USB cable. Can you help me to recover this device ? Or do you have a working backup file ? Thanks in advance Jan Peter

William,
Thanks for the promissing release of 1.2a !! A great improvement over the original sofware! Many more video formats indeed play correctly now. Also radio streams display correctly now, including titles etc. The new Samba is slow, but works fine. UPNP clearly missing (known).
Some observations/sugestions (on Envivo KMP510-2) ;
- Software has (to?) many wissles and bells (features), making regular use of most commonly used functions a incovenient. Especially for less technically minded users (in my familiy). It would be great if under settings one could en/disable which icons/features are enabled.... - In mediaplayer, network, Audio files play fine, but I am unable to play any regular video files (even simple .avi (Xvid/DivX). The same play fine though from internal/SD Flash. - Menus are not rotating (does not jump from last to first item and visa versa). Would be a great improvement if it were.... - The unit freezes regularly, often at (for me) unpredictabe moments. Very reproducable though when I select to play video over the network. - The 'back' function often takes much more time than the preceeding 'forward' selection. Incoveniant and I don't see why that would be necesary..... Sometimes the back function does not seem to function at all (or takes to much time??) - Radio/audio stops playing as soon as te menu item has been left. Would be nice to have that continue to play (as on the original software does). - FM radio analoge scale does not match digital frequency reading (of by 0.5-1 Mhz). - I can't get rid of Alarm1 icon on taskbar, even when all relevant settings are cleared/disabled. - Taskbar disappears in most menus, while it would be nice to be able to verfify ie network connection, volume setting.... - Unit does not display any 'error' messages, when refusing to play a stream/perform a fucntion. Would be nice to have somekind of idea why it does (URL or network down, format not suported, etc) .
Good luck and keep on the good work! Hans

Verification observation on mine Arnova Rm003 / Penbex
firmware 1.0.
The forced way, quick as possible after power up the
Arnova.
·
The progress
requester stops a few times short. Fails verification requester show up in
front. Progress requester is gone.
The slow way, after a couple of minutes, the Arnova is
completely initiated.
·
The progress
requester is in a steady mood. Turning and turning. No variations in RPM. After
a while the fail verification requester is show behind the progress requester. I tried it a couple of times and with differend SD cards (2GBSD / 8GBSDHC (it installs 1.0 in 35 minutes). Maybe its helps with the investigation.

Hi there,
update from 1.0 to 1.2a went fine on my Arnova so far.
First picture: Big progress, well done.
First findings: - External SD card not regognized on windows xp - No german TV stream is working (strange, some from the Netherlands do) - Twitter works now, but no german umlauts - Stocks: wow! - FM radio: the arnova doesn't have one
First suggestion: - Play last played stream on startup (maybe optional setting)

Hi William, Succesfully installed 1.2a without any problems. Software works fine. Many issues solved . - i noticed one issue with the mediaplayer, playing audio files with 'OK' and then press 'EXIT' is fine, when playing files in a folder with 'PLAY' and then press 'EXIT' or 'STOP' the display is distorted (looks like two text lists are on the display). This is cosmetic, player works fine! Should request / remarks etc. (no bugs) for this new software posted in this post or is there a dedicated forum entry 'wishlist' for your new firmware? (like key assignments, sorting, behavior etc.) This week i will test other WIFI settings and static IP, (WPA2 and DHCP works fine)

Hi everybody,i have an issue too.
Still can`t update from 1.0 to 1.2a.
When i hang my arnova on my pc he doesn`t recognize the internal flash anymore and i can`t manage my wireless settings manually in settings.
Went back to fabric defaults but this is no help.
So at this moment i can`t do nothing with the arnova(wireless)
Maybe a bug??? (Last Edited by beffalobill on December 26, 2011, 3:11 pm)

Moving trough icons works fine with both remote control keys and keys on the device. Bu when I play the stream, up/down keys do nothing. I've tried all the keys but there is no change of volume (brightness control works fine with PG.UP/PG.DN on remote).
2. MyFavorites/Podcast selection menu has some bug. I've stored two private podcast XMLs trough website. When I go into first podcast list on my radio it show good list of programs. Then I go back, select second podcast list, I see again good list of programs. Then I go back and go to first podcast list again, I see actual list of second podcast XML. Workaround is to select userid for favorites again (perhaps it clears some cache). You can try yourself with my uid "doublet".
Thanks a lot, Tomas

P.S. William, don't you consider to set up some logfile? Then maybe debugging would be easier with different hardware models.

1. solved here now. 2. also solved here now.
Not sure how to make debug logs easily without influensing other stuff. For some functionality (HQ video playback etc) the cpu is working really hard. The failsafe mode already is able to grab some files for debugging.
All the little things that have been solved will probably be put in 1.2b later today (Last Edited by penbex on December 26, 2011, 2:24 pm)

Not needed anymore. That is what the firmware writes, so no need to write it manually. There is however a small issue where you delete the remembered wifi networks.. and then perform a new scan.. in that case the wifi control program (wpa_supplicant) still knew the network ssettings and thus would not ask for a password. That will be fixed in the next release. The best thing for now is to remove all wifi networks (Manage access point list -3rd option in the wifi setup list-) and do a reboot.. then scan for new networks and the program will ask for WPA keys and correctly store them.

Try to modify /mnt/mtdblock7/w.conf to be like this:
ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant update_config=1
network={ ssid="xxx" scan_ssid=1 psk="yyy" key_mgmt=WPA-PSK priority=5 }
Replace xxx by your ssid and yyy by your password. I have WPA2/AES with hidden ssid and for me it works. Note: Sometimes there is red network icon in bottom bar despite connection is ok.

i might be repeating things, as i had put this first in the older thread:
ARNOVA update onto 1.2 worked, but unfortunately again only into a nirvana: the hardware buttons on the unit do NOT work for volume +/-, and on the RC only the (-) works, not the (+) -, which means you can reduce the volume to near zero, and then do nothing even on other stations because the volume stays there ... perfect silence for christmas.
deleting WLAN networks:
i had two, one bad, one new and good one. selected the bad (for sure), but it deleted the good one, and left me with the bad.
renewed the setup for the good one again, and tried same procedure once more: same result, wrong network deleted.
this will be a long night ... merry christmas to all.
greetings - heinz -

I see that there is a risk. But on the other Hand, there is none of the functions I desire. Anyway, I note that you take efforts to build the recovery-mode. In case this entitles me to get back to 1.7 I would rather wait for it, than now downgrading to 1.7. There is no need to build a 1.7 especially for me if you do not have one handy. I am also fine with 1.85p and its minor drawbacks ( sicerely miss the ability to play coutry108 ) ) ... and the big bug risk.
So have a nice holiday season. I ll be back in Jauary after ski holidays. Case I brake some bones I will closely need a working radio
Cheers - Tom

Huh, I have 5 nas drives in my network. I also have 2 routers (one connects to adsl the other to cable) and a whole bunch of devices connected to my wifi access points (3 AP's in total) My 5 NAS drives are from the QNAP, Zyxel, IOMega and Maxtor brands. The Maxtor is really old (good for testing ancient samba) while the QNAPS follow the latest cifs/upnp etc. features. With the original software none of them is detected. even twonky media server is not seeen.
With the latest firmware all devices are detected properly, shares are displayed correctly. When I try to connect to a protected share, the device tries to connect as guest. Obviously that does not work and the system receives a "permission denied" notification. This triggers the routine that asks for username and password. After that the device connects properly to the NAS.

I know that you are doing a lot of valuable work and I could not do it myself. But I have to confess, that I am a bit annoyed. So, could you pls post a FW 1.7 for the Arnova in Downld section. At least for me everything worked fine there. Of course I was attracted by the possibility to maintain my own list of radio stations on a server I have access to and I really missed the possibility to dim display brightness. So I joined your site. In fw 1.85p some radio stations did not play any longer as well as several web tv stations but I set my expectations fwd on your brandnew fw 1.0. Maybe it is only my unit or maybe I am the only one who intends to stream whole movies to the unit ... but it just worked in those days before 1.85. That s all.
pls gimme access to an old 1.7 fw-download. |
Actually, with 1.2/1.2a you have a failsafe mechanism. This can help when something goes wrong. While some other models (Envivo/Lookee) have a recovery mode installed (kinda like a dual boot feature) the Chinese manufacturer did not include this into the Arnova models. This is a real risk. Together with the fact that the Chinese software has a BIG BUG (It does some kind of scandisk at boot time, if it finds something bad it tries to repair but with totally wrong settings! so it goes from a little problem to a total mess) it is not a smart move to go to any of the old versions right now. At the moment I am creating files to add this recovery mode to the Arnova and possibly other models that lack it. If you really want 1.7 I will create it for you... But do understand the big risk you take.

Do a clean reboot. wait a minuted to let the device perform its usual startup tasks and then try again.

Hi,
WiFi not working on Arnova model type 1. Connection drops after +/- 10sec.
Updated from: 1.7 -> 1.0 (reset factory defaults) -> 1.2 (reset factory defaults) |
I had no problems with all I updated so far except one. This one was dropping the connection as well. What solved it was to go to the wifi setup, and then manage access point list (3rd option) delete the stored settings. Then pull the AC cable. Boot the device and search for your wifi network, enter password etc. and try to connect. If it connect all is fine. If it keeps telling you it did nto connect then reboot and check if it can connect.
I know, it sounds a bit like a struggle. I will look into the Wifi connection and try to improve it so that it works smooth on all models~ ~William

Hi Penbex, first of all Merry X-Mas to you and thanks a lot for all the hard work you put into this to put all our devices to better use.
I am having a slight problem with my Arnova. I had 1.85p on it with the usual bug of not being able to open streams. Yesterday I updated to version 1 of the new FW. So far all went well. The update was completed within 5 minutes.
The problem I am having is that I can navigate through the icons but the moment I go into the settings the device freezes. I have to power off and power on again. Once I go to the settings again, same thing and it freezes. Right now I am looking at the "working circle" being stuck and not moving. Also, the little progress bar on the bottom left corner never reaches 100% and the network icon on the lower right side is green and then turns red.
I now wanted to update to version 1.2, but I don't see how, as the Arnova crashes every time I go into the settings. Is there any other way in updating the firmware? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Google-translated from Russian: William, Merry Christmas! I should "Mediabox 135". I bet your firmware 1.2. Transferred to your firmware with the official 1.83. Not able to set up Wi-Fi, which worked well in the official firmware. No access to manual input the SSID and password. When autoscan see their point, but you can not enter a password. My Wi-Fi - WPA2 I went back to official firmware 1.83.
P.S. All done on your instructions. First, put the firmware 1.0 and then -1.2

Version 1.3 is nearly ready for a release.
Changelog ListenLive firmware
v1.3 - dated: ?? soon.. 1-2 days - Added volume control for small remotes like used with Xoro. - Fixed top buttons. - By slowing down the device key responses key repetition got broken. It is working again now. but needs a long press. Need more test results to fine tune. - Fixed a cache bug on Podcast and Vodcast favorites. - Can now play the last played stream/file. No matter if this was before a powerdown or just some minutes ago. You can find a new option under "my favorites" where you can select "Play last audio link" to play whatever radio/mp3 file you played last. - FAV button goes directly to favorites screen - Fixed the FM tuning scale. - Fixed some stream types that refused to play. - When updating from an older firmware version the sleeptimer 'icon' got activated but not the sleeptimer itself. Fixed. - After deleting the access point list, wpa_supplicant still remembered the configuration requiring a reboot. Should be solved now. - WPA2 had some bugs causing it to fail. Routers set to WPA and WPA/WPA2 mixed were working fine. Pure WPA2 was often failing. Completely rewrote the network routines. Open, WEP, WPA and WPA2 should work now. Routines now use low level socket functions. - Static IP still failed to work due to some remembered settings. Fixed now. - Fixed the Wifi Signal strength indicator. Now it gives the real signal strength. - Twitter page now shows special characters correctly (like ÿüë etc.) - Failsafe mode now more powerful - In previous versions, the remote control buttons are used in a compatibility mode. This means only buttons that are on all remote controls are used. Now its possible to select the correct remote control type in the setup screen. No real selection is needed, just the [Mute] button has to be pressed. Since Mute is different on each model the program determines what type to use. The selection is stored so you only have to do it once. During the selection, any button other than [Mute] will push the selection back to compatibility mode. - Now that the remotes are identified, new button options have been introduced. In most cases [Home] will take you to the top of lists. [Clock] gets you to the day time clock mode. [Fav] to the favorites menu, [Int Radio] and [Int. TV] to the Internet Radio/TV screens. - Twitter and Weather data gets refreshed automatically if you activate screen refreshing in the settings screen.
v1.2a - dated: 25 december 2011 - Fixed the volume button. - When the sleep timer is used, the setting survived reboots. Fixed now.
v1.2 - dated: 25 december 2011 - Added failsafe mode! If for whatever reason the application crashes, there is a backup plan. This only works on the application. It does not protect against Linux failures etc. There is a real recovery mode for this but unfortunately not installed on all models. It can however be installed on working devices that do not have the recovery already! Special files to add the recovery mode will be released after further tests. - Slowed down device key responses. - Added Samba username/password logins. Device first tries with guest login if that fails it will ask for username and password. - Fixed a few small screen print issues. - Fixed obtaining Gateway/Router address.
v1.1 - dated: 22 december 2011 Fixed (or at least they are supposed to be fixed): - most connection problems should have been solved When you power up, there is a red "network" icon in the lower right hand corner. This means the network has not been setup yet. This red "network" icon will change to green when the network drivers and configuration has been loaded. If the network has been setup correctly, the green icon should change to a white signal strength indicator within a few seconds.. At this point the connection is working properly. (the connection has been tested by a probe to a public server and there was a check for new firmware on the ListenLive server) - Static IP now also works - Network status has been modified and gives more details - Top device buttons can be used in most of the menus/screens - Under settings, setting "MyFavorites user account" will instantly clear the favorites cache. - French language has been added - Stocks are working - MediaPlayer previous/next song works. - Manual setting the time works. (and survives reboots) - NZ times should have been fixed. - Clock brightness reset issue is fixed. - OGG File support - Flac file support - FM Radio digits repositioned - Auto Power Off / Sleeptimer added - Deleting stored wifi networks - Improved Samba - Twitter account setting is now correctly saved - FM Radio presets added. Now Radio has 2 operation modes, Tuning mode and Preset mode. Toggle mode with OK button. In preset mode use < and > to switch between the six on screen stored frequencies. In Tuning mode use ^and V for freq. up/down scanning, < and > for regular tuning up/down in .10 mhz steps. Press FAV to assign freq. to currently selected memory preset. - The Alarm clock has been fixed. Alarm can be set once, every day, mon-fri, mon-sat and weekend only. OK/Directional pad activates snooze, exit/menu button deactivates the alarm.
v1.0 - dated 09: december 2011 - Initial Revision
-----------------------------------
Under investigation: There might be new bugs or things that we did not see in 1.0 yet. Also there might still be issues with the fixes as listed above. Be assured that everything will be looked into.
On hold/Planned for a future update: Level 1: (Most important) Hidden SSID and SSID with spaces uPNP
Level 2: Screensaver Buienradar -> needs a special version of animated Gif.. Genre options when browsing TV/Radio lists Scrolling texts when texts are too long Playing multiple directories at once in mediaplayer Auto reload interval for twitter/weather Ability to change the order of the main menu icons and enable/disable them Displaying date information in chosen language
Level 3: Graphics/layout improvements Display song duration and related info
Feedback is welcome and the only way to get things fixed/improved/added .
